Zeta forecast to be a Cat 1 again as warnings issued from Louisiana to Florida PanhandleZeta weakened back into a tropical storm early Tuesday but is forecast to become a fast-moving Category 1 hurricane by the time it approaches the northern Gulf Coast Wednesday, prompting hurricane, storm surge and tropical storm warnings from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle.
